As a lifelong musician, I’m always looking for music projects to work on.  When I’m asked to mix music, it isn’t to re-create the wheel, it’s to honor what the composer has crafted and to ‘+1’ the mix.  I can take VSTs and make it bigger, wider, and feel more ‘live’.  There’s a balance between the technical leveling/mastering versus the creative enhancement.
